Carousel Pointe was built off of Butler Pike next to Forest Park around 1990.  They get a bit confusing because only Ferris Ln. is part of Carousel Pointe & the homes on Carousel Circle are part of Forest Park.  Carousel Pointe offers 2 bedroom 1 or 2 bath condos and 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhomes without basements.  The association fee is approximately $175 per month and there is a one time capital contribution fee of about $350 due at settlement.  The fee covers Common Area Maintenance, Exterior Maintenance, Lawn Maintenance, Management, Snow Removal & Trash Removal.

CB West, Tohickon Middle School and Pine Run Elementary serve the Carousel Point Community.
