Forest Park was built off of Butler Pike next to Carousel Pointe in the late 1980's.  They get a bit confusing because only Ferris Ln. is part of Carousel Pointe & the homes on Carousel Circle are actually part of Forest Park.  The models range from 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhomes about 1,050 sq. ft. to 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhomes up to 1,800 sq. ft.  Some homes have garages, but none have basements.  The association fee is approximately $175 per quarter and there is a one time capital contribution of about $475 due at settlement.  The association fee covers Common Area Maintenance, Snow Removal & Trash Removal,

CB West, Tohickon Middle School and Pine Run Elementary serve the Forest Park Community.
