Ridings of Northampton is a townhome community in Upper Holland / Feasterville that was built in the early 1990's by Summit Homes just off of Bridgetown Pike.  The different models include  3 - 4 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath townhomes ranging from approximately 1,800 sq. ft. to about 3,000 sq. ft.  Many models offer fireplaces and basements a few of which are walk outs.  The association fee is approximately $315 per year and covers common area maintenance as well as snow and trash removal.
